1. About this site

demo.inodeo.com (the "Demo") is a demonstration environment of the INODEO e-commerce platform, operated by symetra s. r. o., registered office 29. augusta 891/7, 960 01 Zvolen, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 54254949, Tax ID (DIČ): 2121613439, VAT ID: SK2121613439, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Banská Bystrica, Section: Sro, Insert No. 42593/S ("we", "us"). By using the Demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Purpose of the Demo

The Demo exists solely to showcase INODEO features. It is not a real online store.

• All products, prices, stock levels, customers and orders are fictitious.
• No order placed in the Demo creates a purchase contract, and no goods will be delivered or services provided.
• No real payment is processed. Please never enter real payment card or bank details.

3. Your use of the Demo

You may use the Demo to evaluate INODEO for your own business. You must not:

• enter real personal data of third parties or any sensitive information;
• upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, run automated load tests or security scans without our prior written consent;
• copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, its design or its code.

We may restrict or block access if these rules are breached.

4. Data and resets

The Demo may be reset, modified or taken offline at any time without notice. Any data you enter, including accounts and orders, may be deleted without backup. If you create an account, use a test email address where possible. Personal data you provide is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

INODEO, its software, design, texts and visual materials are owned by us or our licensors. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. Using the Demo does not grant you any licence to the platform. Product images and names shown may be illustrative only.

6. No warranty

The Demo is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, performance and appearance may differ from production deployments and may change without notice. We give no warranty that the Demo is error-free, secure or continuously available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Demo, including loss of data entered into it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
